Because every CMNY cake is made to order, flavors are chosen during your consultation rather than from a fixed menu. Alongside classics like vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and marble, we work with seasonal and custom flavor and filling combinations — so if there is a flavor you love, ask us about it.

Tastings
We offer cake tastings by appointment (no walk-ins). A standard consultation runs about 30–60 minutes and includes a sampler of our flavors and fillings while we discuss your design. Specialty flavors outside the standard sampler can be arranged in advance.
