This Privacy Policy explains how CMNY Cakes ("we") collects and uses information when you use cmnycakes.com or contact us about an order. We aim to collect only what we need to serve you.

Information we collect

When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, and any information about your cake. When you email or call us, we keep that correspondence. Our site uses a small number of third-party services (a form provider, embedded maps, and web fonts) that may set cookies or log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, arrange delivery, and keep records of our work. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the business, for example with delivery partners or payment processors, or where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

Start your cake

Get a quote

Tell us your design, your event date, and your guest count. We reply within one business day with pricing and availability.

Cakes start at $8 / slice, with a $250 minimum per cake. 3D cakes start at $500. Most orders need at least one week; two to three weeks is best for custom designs.
Have a design in mind? Attach a photo or two and we will work from it. You can add more photos one at a time, and remove any before sending.
