Terms & Conditions

These Terms describe how orders with CMNY Cakes work. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Custom orders and quotes

Every cake is custom. A quote is based on the design, servings, and date you request. An order is confirmed only once a deposit is received.

Deposits and payment

We require a deposit of $200 or 50% of the order, whichever is greater, to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable and the balance is due one week before delivery.

Changes and cancellations

Design changes may affect pricing and are subject to availability. Orders cannot be refunded if cancelled within one week of the event.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver every cake we make across NYC and the tri-state area, with no pickups. Delivery times are estimates and depend on traffic and venue access.

Custom work and photos

Handmade cakes vary slightly from reference images, and finished designs are interpretations rather than exact copies. We may photograph our work and use those images to promote the business.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Get a quote

Tell us your design, your event date, and your guest count. We reply within one business day with pricing and availability.

Cakes start at $8 / slice, with a $250 minimum per cake. 3D cakes start at $500. Most orders need at least one week; two to three weeks is best for custom designs.
Have a design in mind? Attach a photo or two and we will work from it. You can add more photos one at a time, and remove any before sending.
